Most of our short though intense experiences are paid full and upfront. 

We offer reimbursement, and we understand sometimes people need to change plans. 

• 100% Reimbursement if we cancel the experience from our side.
• 50% Reimbursement if you cancel the Experience 60 days prior its occurrence, or earlier.
• No refund if you cancel 59 days prior to the experience. 
• We can also transfer you within experiences with no extra charge

Reimbursement process can take between 7-21 day
